Dortha was born on April 23, 1941, and passed away on April 9, 2023. She grew up in Oklahoma City and lived in Moore and Noble. She lived life her way and to the fullest.
She is preceded in death by her husband Billy Minor; step daughter Tangy Johnson; parents, Richard Cochran and Ivonne Gray; and brother Floyd Cochran.
Dortha is survived by sons: Jimmy Snow, Donald Snow and wife Rhonda, Gary Snow and wife Share, Martin McEwen; step-son Shane Minor, grandchildren: Dortha Johnson, Erin Conyers, Bryce Snow, John Snow, Taylor Snow, Stormy Snow, Jena Minor, Nathan Verner, Bille Verner, Erick Johnson; and many great-grandchildren, family and friends.
