Jeremy Russell passed away peacefully June 19, 2022 surrounded by family at his home in Oklahoma City, at 45 years young.
Jeremy is survived by his wife, Kristi Russell; step-children Kyndell, Konner, Alyssa, and Ella of the home; son, Dayton Russell of Jones; Father, Raymond Dewayne Russell of Jones; siblings, Tina Julian and husband Lance Julian of Mustang, David Russell and wife Brandi Russell of Jones. As well as several nephews and one niece; to them all he was known lovingly as Bubba. Jeremy is preceded in death by his beloved mother, Cynthia Russell.
Jeremy was second born to Raymond "Dewayne" and Cynthia "Cindy" Russell on December 12, 1976 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma
Jeremy found and married the love of his life, Kristi Russell, on March 30, 2017 their hometown of Oklahoma City. They would spend the following 5 years developing a love and bond that would outlast the cruelty of a cancer diagnosis that would come shortly thereafter. On June 17, 2017 Jeremy was diagnosed with a brain tumor. His fighting spirit never allowing him to give in, he fought a courageous battle. At the time of his diagnosis he was a member of the Sheet Metal Workers local 124, of which he took much pride in, as he had just previously graduated in April of 2017.
Jeremy was most happy spending quality time with family and friends. He enjoyed fishing and being outdoors, and could never resist a weekend at the ballfield cheering on his step-daughter Ella at her softball games. He also enjoyed his wife Kristi being by his side, always.
