Linda Kimiko Guillory was a caring wife and mother. She left this world suddenly on January 3rd, 2021 and passed into the loving arms of her Savior. Linda is survived by her husband Chris, two sons Dominic and Jon, her mother JoAnn and a host of other family and close friends.
Linda was born to Philip and JoAnn Hall of San Diego, California on April 23rd, 1983. She attended schools in the area, graduating from Hilltop High School, Chula Vista in June of 2000. Some of her fondest memories growing up were of summers spent in Europe. She loved visiting Paris and years later would tell others of those trips. More importantly, as a youth she accepted Christ as her Savior providing for an eternity with Him. Her desire to serve the Lord in life led to service in her local church as a coordinator of Youth activities. Yearning to assist others in need, on her own initiative Linda would prepare and serve meals to those homeless in the downtown areas.
Despite her own health concerns, Linda loved her family and enjoyed opening her home to take care of friends and those close by. The simplest pleasures in life brought great joy to Linda. She loved organizing her home. Linda especially enjoyed collecting and providing school supplies to each that needed them. She would source and systematically arrange them, cataloging each item to ensure they were ready for use.
She had a special gift for seeing the needs of those around her and for seeking answers to provide for them. Wherever she lived, her holiday dinners were the hit of the neighborhood. Even more, each person invited felt they had a special place to be while celebrating. Overcoming many challenges, Linda worked hard to provide a place for everyone.
Though Linda’s family and friends grieve her passing, we rejoice that she is healed and with Jesus Christ her Savior.
